1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and participating in a cooking class provided by Cooking Delight Seoul (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

2. Changes to Class Content and Menu

We are committed to providing high-quality culinary experiences.

• Menu Subject to Change: The specific dishes or recipes taught in a class may be subject to change due to factors such as seasonal availability of ingredients, quality control, or instructor discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall theme and value of the booked class.

 

3. Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This policy governs the cancellation and modification of your class reservation.

• Cancellation Window: To cancel or reschedule your reservation, you must notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled class start time.

• Full Refund: If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund.

• No Refund for Late Cancellation/No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time, or failure to attend the class (no-show), will result in no refund being issued.

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to class availability and must adhere to the 24-hour notice requirement.

 

4. Health, Safety, and Allergies

Your safety and comfort are important to us.

• Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that cooking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the use of knives and exposure to heat. You agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor.

• Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: You are responsible for informing us of any allergies or serious dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, Halal, pescetarian, no pork, etc.) at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable accommodations, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

 

5. Liability

• Personal Property: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought into the class premises.

• Waiver: By participating, you waive any claim against Cooking Delight Seoul and its instructors for personal injury or property damage arising from participation in the class.

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
